I’m in my second year as a patient of Park Avenue Dental and Dr. Minni Sharma. My visits have been refreshingly excellent and the treatment plans exceptionally well developed. Mary, the Office Manager has helped me choose the right dental insurance provider as well as the proper level of insurance coverage I need based on my prospective dental care needs. Kate, also at the front desk, has created treatments plans for me that have been both effective and flexible based on an ongoing treatment review. In 2019 I’ve had extensive updating of my aging teeth and implants. Dr. Sharma has been particularly keen on prioritizing my treatment plan to match the various degrees of deterioration of some of my older crowns and bridges. The results have been spectacular. Much of the work needed to restore my teeth has been done by Rodrigo, the Registered Dental Assistant. Rodrigo is particularly gentle and friendly but also intuitively follows the guidance from Dr. Sharma. He is always willing to answer my technical questions no matter how simple or naïve they might be. For several procedures Erica, who is a Dental Assistant, has also provided excellent assistance and is quite friendly and has relieved some anxieties I was dealing with during some dental impression molding work. Most of my regular checkups and cleanings have been done by Olha, a dental hygienist who is always willing to discuss some of the technical advancements hygienists are using which have become both high-tech and essential to the simplicity of recording the patients’ dental conditions. I’m thoroughly pleased with my association with Dr. Sharma and the Park Avenue Dental team.

First time going here! I was in-between this place and another place in town, but the google and yelp reviews about the service here got me! I didn’t know what to expect. They were so kind. Shout out to Katie the receptionist. She was awesome. When I called for an appointment she was super nice. She knew everything about the insurance policies and tries her best to help you. Making an appointment with them was super easy and accommodating. They have great hours if you work 9-5. They have 7 am openings. The dental hygienist was amazing too. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! She was gentle and really cleaned my teeth to make sure the plaque was off. The dentist-Dr. Sharma was amazing too and very knowledgeable. They were both honest with what I needed to get done in order to prevent any further damages to my teeth/gums. They also both took the time to explain to me the process and why it was needed. I feel comfortable going back a few times because of all of the knowledge that they had and told me about my teeth. That usually isn’t the case with me.

My tooth fell out Saturday long story short my dentist gave me 1 option regarding the tooth which had been loose for months and out of pocket would set me back $3800!! my coworker recommended park Avenue dental i called monday morning got an appt the same day. each member of the team greeted me and shook my hand while telling me their job. after xrays i was given options. Dr. Sharma is wonderful she explains everything in detail and is gentle and caring while working on you. true to it’s name park Avenue you get 5 star service!!!

This office is the best!!!! Super staff and super doctors. Best experience you will ever have in a dental office. Mary and Katie at the front desk who are soooo very sweet and knowledgeable, and make you feel instantly comfortable. Dr Sharma and Dr Gonzales are extremely kind and compassionate and very skilled. Rodrigo and Erica great assistants and Terry and Olga are just awesome hygienists. If stars were from one to ten I’d give them all an eleven.

If I was you I would take my experience seriously If you want honest feedback from my first account so I unfortunately came to learn six cavities I had one taken care wen I went for my first visit everyone was very understanding and helpful due to my life long fear of dentists as well as I having a fear of needles and I feel the staff handled it as best as as possible they were quick and efficient and at the end of my visit they gave a reasonable priced bill even though I had no help from my health insurance in conclusion I plan on going back to have my more of my other five cavities worked on I would most definitely recommend to family and friends

From all the dental offices i’ve been to, this is the best! Reception area is clean and nicely decorated. From their manager to the other lady in the front desk, they receive the patients really well. So polite and courteous, very pleasant and professional. Dental assistant and dr.gonzalez who helped me , explained everything. I didn’t feel rushed, gave me all info i needed.
